Current Events
On May 11, 2000, Korando Electric Co., Inc. participated in the "Career
on Wheels" fair at Elverado School District #196, Vergennes Attendance
Center. On this day our employees gave 10 to 15 minute presentations
to each of the classes, grades Kindergarten thru seventh. During
this presentation, the employees introduced the students to career opportunities
in the electrical industry, the type of training required, the school skills
needed, and demonstrated common equipment used in the electrical trade.
